John Ford master film maker guides the 3 mega stars at the best of their form (Grace was just beginning...) and the animals perform on cue. A great adventure romance in the big M-G-M tradiiton - understandaly a massive box office hit.

The team from Warner Archive have delivered another outstanding restoration of a classic. Both The visual and audio quality is exceptional. I can highly recommend this movie as a purchase to all collectors. Also, Movie Zyng delivered the item in a timely manner and the parcel came securely packaged. Thank you so much.

.Ava Gardner's performance in the film was marvelous, and overall, it is very entertaining. However, there was absolutely no on-screen chemistry between Clark Gable and Grace Kelly; Robert Taylor would have been a stronger choice than Gable. This disc is a definite must-own, thanks to the outstanding transfer and the amazing restoration by Warner Imagining.
