He made several horror films (albeit with a comedic touch) in the early thirties including \u003ci\u003eThe Vampire Bat\u003c\/i\u003e (1932) with Lionel Atwill and Fay Wray, \u003ci\u003eThe Monster Walks\u003c\/i\u003e (1932) and \u003ci\u003eCondemned To Live\u003c\/i\u003e (1935).
