It's a Wise Child

Long kept out of circulation for legal reasons, “It’s a Wise Child” is now available for the first time in 90 years, the Blu-ray has a stellar transfer and is packed with four short films as bonuses: two live action, two cartoons. The film itself is hit or miss—as was often the case with some of the early talkie feature comedies—but the second half of the picture hits its stride and is fairly entertaining.

This was a blind buy for me, I'd never seen a movie with Marion Davies before. After hearing the review on The Extras podcast I was curious to check it out and I definitely wasn't disappointed. Highly recommend for fans of classic Hollywood, especially the Pre Code era!
