Movie Zyng Return Policy
We want every collector to be thrilled with their purchase. If something isn’t right, we’re here to make it right.
Easy Returns Within 30 Days
If you’re not fully satisfied, you may return any unopened item (still in its original shrink wrap) within 30 days of the ship date.
Just email us at customerservice@moviezyng.com with your order number, and our team will provide a return authorization along with next steps.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, contact us via email and customerservice@moviezyng.com . We’ll send you a pre-paid return label so you can send it back at no cost to you.
For all other returns, the buyer is responsible for return shipping and may use any carrier of choice.
If you believe your package was damaged in transit, please reach out within 5 days so we can resolve the issue quickly.
Cancellations
Need to cancel an order? Email us right away at customerservice@moviezyng.com. Include in your subject line the words “please cancel my order” along with your Movie Zyng order number. Also include the same in the body of your email.
- If your order hasn’t shipped, we’ll process a full refund immediately.
- If it has shipped, we’ll issue the refund as soon as the item is returned and processed at our warehouse.
Refunds
Once your return has been inspected and approved, you’ll receive a confirmation email for your records.
