Oscar -nominated actor Ralph Bellamy (1937, Best Supporting Actor, The Awful Truth) stars as Barry Eldon, a loyal owner of a small airline company looking for a big government contract. When Consolidated Industries tries to buy Barry out, he refuses, and the greedy owners of Consolidated come up with a scheme to take Barry's company down: a ray that causes airplanes to lose their engines and crash. It is up to Barry to find out where the ray is coming from before he loses any more planes or pilots.
