Lt. David Robinson (Harrison), a seasoned British navy officer, goes toe to toe with his own captain, who has thrown Richard's brother in the brig for theft. After freeing his brother, Robinson beaten and left to drown tied to rock as the tide comes in. In a turn of events Robinson is rescued and then taken prisoner by a band of pirates. To take down his corrupt commanding officer, who killed his family, he joins the pirates to seek revenge.
