The killer is a walking carnivorous plant developed by the mad baron and it prowls in search of the blood it needs for sustenance! Director Mel Welles was also the star of the other carnivorous plant classic, The Little Shop of Horrors (1960.) Starring Cameron Mitchell, George Martin, Elisa Montes, Kay Fischer and Ralph Naukoff. Directed by Mel Welles. --Tom Weaver
