Looney Tunes: Collector's Vault Vol. 3

This two disc collection is packed full or classic shorts that look outstanding! The colors and animation pop on the screen looking better than ever before. The sound level varies with each short but the sound is clear and crisp. This set contains shorts that haven't been released on home media before or at least since the days of VHS. A Feather in His Hare, Horse Hare, and Nothing But the Tooth are 3 specially remastered for this release and they do not disappoint! For a casual fan of the main characters or an animation buff this set is well worth the price tag!

Each of these two disc edition, Looney Tunes collections seem to get better and better, especially when they dig deeper into the vaults and surprise us with restorations reaching as far back as the middle 1930s with either black and white or full color or two color technic color entries. I hope they keep doing this, because these are the cartoons. I’d like to see most, but this is a great start. I know there are many fans, reaching in many different directions, but you should not count out anything that is put into these collections because it’s all part of the history. There are gags that we all know of from the major characters that began as far back as the middle 1930s. It’s good to have all that history somewhere. I hope they keep going with these volumes, I really do. Always appreciate looking back on the cartoons that I liked as a kid and only had the chance to really hear in sometimes spicy film, print quality on television, but now we have these looking and sounding as good as they will ever sound.
