    The greatest titles, thorough research

    You know that when your film comes from the WarnerArchive, you are getting quality! I thoroughly enjoyed the film “MACO.“ There is so many shifts in the plot that sometimes it was hard to follow, but these are great noir pictures! There are some wonderful extras as well. Highly recommended!U

    An Old Favorite!

    Always loved this movie, Jane Russell is always fun, she even gets to sing in this one. Bonus with Robert Mitchum and Jane Russell interview is a nice touch.

    I bought this disc due to the fact that Joseph Von Sternberg was the director who is known for beautiful, atmospheric photography. (There is a great supplement of PRIVATE SCREENINGS where Russel and Mitchum stage a coup where they had him fired and replaced by Nicholas Ray.) it’s not till the last half does his style stands out. For that I’m glad I bought it.
