A college student in Los Angeles, heartbroken and seeking solace, discovers that smoking a mysterious strain of cannabis grants him unique superpowers. Each joint he smokes bestows a different ability, leading him to team up with his friends Faith and Chopper to combat crime and injustice in the city.
