The third season of this upbeat comedy picks up from season two's romantic cliffhanger. Unable to choose between Vince (Nick Zano) and her old boyfriend, Holly (Amanda Bynes) packed her bags for Paris and a summer internship. Holly surprises one and all when she returns with the kind of boyfriend every 18-year-old girl dreams of: a hot European rock star named Ben (David de Lautour).
