Army scientist Professor Carroll is mysteriously killed before he can give the details of his new discovery to the government. He was working on a top-secret project to develop a formula for a powerful explosive. One by one, the men who worked with the professor are murdered. Military intelligence is called in to investigate and track down the elusive assassin.
