Forbidden Cinema, Volume 11 - Ultra Rare Blue (DVD)

In the 1950s and early 1960s, blue movies were kept behind closed doors. Men who belonged to civic or veterans' clubs gathered together late at night while a "roadshow operator" would bring several hours worth of films and a 16mm projector. For a price, the audience would be treated to short films of gorgeous, naked women. These events were called "stag parties." The films shown were meant to give their enthusiastic viewers a glimpse of the modern woman in her most private, unguarded moments. One features a buxom beauty playing an esoteric word game, exercising with a dodgeball, and practicing with a rifle -- all in the nude. Another speaks to the advantages of doing secretarial work in a nightie and garters. All of them showcase the types of luscious ladies who made the average working man a little happier to go home to their wife that night!
