Murder, She Wrote: The Complete Series

First, I'll start off with comments about the packaging: yes, the card used for the outer box holding the plastic cases is thin (ish), but as long as you're careful getting the cases in and out of the outer box you will be fine. How the discs are held in place in the cases, there is a subtle gap along part of the curved edge of the disc holder which make it easier getting the disc out.

No original US television airdate and synopsis information for the episodes (just the episode titles on the inside of the card sleeve. Not making any excuses (and being arrogant), but if you wanted to know the original US television airdate for an episode, there is always an episode guide website where you can check.

Transfer-wise so far in the first season, I have been very happy with them. One of the highlights has been the setting-up location shots in the episodes set in Cabot Cove (especially when they are shot on-location footage). The colour red on the whole hasn't caused many problems so far.

The sound has been very clear to my ears (obviously from person to person this will vary, like with the picture quality/transfer.
