The Last Time I Saw Paris

Scott Fitzgerald's Babylon Revisited, this motion picture tells the story of a writer (Van Johnson) who returns to Paris and remembers the life he once led in The City Of Lights.

During the Liberation of Paris at the close of World War II, he meets and falls in love with a beautiful rich girl (Elizabeth Taylor at the height of her MGM beauty and stardom). They marry and have a lovely daughter together. But life's harsh realities (her family has lost it's fortune - he is tortured with the rejection a young aspiring writer must face) threaten to tear their love apart. A true romantic classic.
