The Power of God (aka "You Can")

Young David Worne steals a car one evening and causes an accident, injuring a driver who works for wealthy banker Ed Hale. Although the owner of the stolen car exonerates David, Hale insists the teen be prosecuted. No sooner does David's trial begin that Hale's daughter Ruth is nearly killed by a hit-and-run driver. Suddenly humbled, Hale turns to prayer for the first time in years, rediscovering his capacity for sympathy and compassion.

Kirby Grant appeared in several B-westerns, including Red River Range (1938) with John Wayne and Trail of the Yukon (1949) before starring in the hit TV series "Sky King" in the 1950s. Christine McIntyre is best remembered for her work in The Three Stooges comedies. Hamilton MacFadden was both an actor and director and is best known for Shirley Temple's Stand Up and Cheer! (1934) and the Charlie Chan film The Black Camel (1931).
