They Stole the Bomb

A man accidentally walks into a nuclear test area. He is apprehended by a squad of armed men dressed like spacemen, soon released, but later finds himself the recipient of a fantastic, futuristic suitcase nuclear bomb, which he obliviously carries around for most of the film, all the while being chased by crooks who want the bomb for themselves.
